Deed register

30 transaction rows from src/land/deeds.py, chronological. 3 rows are transcribed directly from deed-book scans (linked); the other rows come from secondary sources and earlier transcriptions. About 309 scan files across doc/deeds/ await transcription.

Conventions: one row per tract (a deed conveying two tracts appears twice, sharing its volume/page); the deed's own figures are recorded with arithmetic checks in the note; conflicts between sources are noted, not resolved. Linked names resolve through the colonist registry, not by surname. The parcel chains are drawn on the map.
